Philly Cheese Steak
Ingredients:
2lbs Ribeye Steak cut thin (ask the butcher to get it as thin as possible, or freeze prior to self slicing)
2 green bell peppers
2 yellow or white onion
Provolone or Cheese Wiz*
Hoagie rolls (Amoroso preferred)
Cheese Wiz
The flavor: 1 tsp sea salt, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, turmeric, sugar
The wiz: 2oz cream cheese, 1 cup shredded cheddar, 1/2 cup whole milk
1. Melt the cream cheese with milk until creamy, add seasoning and slowly incorporate the shredded cheese until wizzy.
