1 package chicken sausage
2c whole grain pasta
1/2 butternut squash
5 spears asparagas
2c cherry tomatoes (any tomatoes you want)
1 bell pepper
1/4 red onion
2 cloves garlic
6-10 basil leaves
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Fresh mozzarella
Olive Oil (Robust for best flava flav)
1. Cube and roast squash in olive oil, salt, and red pepper flakes until just soft enough to pierce with a fork
2. Cook pasta in ocean water until al dente
3. In a pan with olive oil, saute chicken sausage and remaining veggies until tender
4. Mix all your goods and serve with mozzarella and basil
