Two Servings:
500g Chicken (10 strips)
Greek Yogurt
1 tsp minced garlic
Onion powder, garlic powder, salt, dried parsley (as much as your heart desires)
70g Corn Flakes
100g parmesan cheese
1. Prepare your chicken into 10 strips
2. Mix green yogurt, garlic, and spices together to marinate the chicken, coating completely
3. Crush the corn flakes, season with the same spices as the marinade, and individually coat each tender.
4. Bake at 350 degrees until internal temp reaches ~155, top each tender with 10g parm and return to oven. Proper internal temp of chicken is 165 degrees.
Some side ideas:
1. Baked potato: Poke and coat a potato with olive oil and salt, air fry for 45 min or until tender. P 3g, C 33g, F 4g
2. Brown Rice (150g cooked) P 4.5g. C 45g, F 1.5g
3. Garden salad
