Salmon filets, pat dry (don't rinse)
Olive or vegetable oil
Salt
Black pepper
Version 1: yellow mustard, brown sugar
Version 2: Japanese barbecue sauce
Version 3: Granulated garlic, dill weed, lemon slices (cut thin)
Preheat grill to 350F
Rub filets with oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper
1: Rub filets with mustard, then sprinkle brown sugar on top
2: (brush your sauce on 5 minutes before the end)
3: Sprinkle both sides with granulated garlic, dill, and top with lemon slices
Put on the grill and cook 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 140F.
If your filets have skin on, then cook with skin side down. Works great on Traeger with skinless also (e.g. frozen filets from Costco)
