6 or 8 pieces chicken
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 package dry onion soup mix
10 mushrooms - sliced
Arrange the chicken pieces in a shallow oven baking dish (the chicken may be boneless or not). Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix on top, and add the undiluted mushroom soup. Add the sliced mushrooms, cover and bake at 325F for about 20 minutes.
Open it up and stir it around to cover the chicken and sliced mushrooms and to mix in the onion soup.
Recover with the foil and continue baking for another hour. Serve with rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
