1 slab turkey or chicken breast about 3/4 in. thick (buy in the deli section)
1 cup Pepperidge Farm Goldfish crackers
1 head iceberg lettuce - chopped or shredded
3 oz. shredded jack or romano cheese
blue cheese dressing
Cube the turkey or chicken and mix with the shredded lettuce and goldfish. Add the dressing and toss in the bowl until well mixed. Serve on a dinner plate and sprinkle the cheese on top. Warm bread is all that's required for a complete meal.
