Ingredients

Beef tenderloin steaks (or 1 1/2 in. thick steaks cut from a tenderloin roast)
1 strip uncooked bacon per steak

Directions

Wrap a strip of bacon around the edge of each steak, holding in place with toothpick skewers. Broil on charcoal grill to desired doneness.
