4 to 6 rib or loin pork chops
1 pkg cornbread stuffing
apple pie filling (canned)
Lay the pork chops out flat in a shallow baking dish, and bake in the oven uncovered for 30 min. at 350F. Drain the grease off and turn the chops over.
Make the stuffing per package directions and spoon over the pork chops to cover them completely. Return to the oven and bake another 20 to 30 min. until the stuffing is lightly browned.
Serve with heated apple pie filling (just as it comes from the can and warmed in the microwave oven).
